Each workout includes core strength, overall strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility. Every workout is different, including games, challenges, and circuit days, to name a few. Shin splints. Stress fractures. ACL tear. Runner's Knee. Sound familiar? Injury Prevention Training helps reduce your injury risk. We'll start with a risk factors assessment. Next comes a corrective exercise program for you that helps correct muscle imbalances and biomechanical deficiencies. We'll focus on improving dynamic joint stability, neuromuscular control, deceleration techniques, core strength, and overall strength.

Build team unity and improve athleticism. Help your team be the best on the field with conditioning workouts focused on dynamic joint stability, dynamic movement, landing technique, SAQ's, and core strength. My training program will help reduce your athletes' risk of injury, including non-contact ACL injuries, to keep them in the game.
