Work out with friends! Boot Camp is a ladies-only early morning fitness class. Each workout includes strength, cardio, balance and flexibility and exercises can be modified or amplified, and you can work at your own pace and at your fitness level. Every workout is different, including games, challenges, and circuit days to name a few! Boot Camp Monopoly and Boot Camp Bingo? You bet! Fun and fitness! Come join in the fun!

Whether you are new to running or you've logged some miles and are ready to tackle the next distance or get your next PR, I won't just hand you a schedule and send you on your way. You'll be coached on everything from selecting running shoes, race preparation, tapering and race strategies to nutrition, injury prevention and more.
After we talk about your goals, I'll customize a training plan to help you reach those goals.

I'll then design a Corrective Exercise program that corrects muscle imbalances and biomechanical deficiencies and improves dynamic joint stability, neuromuscular control, deceleration technique, core strength and overall strength.
Sports Performance workouts focus on strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, and core strength. Performance training will prepare you to be competitive with the best.
I understand the frustration of missing practice and game time due to injury, and I want to get you back in the game to stay in the game.

I'll bring Injury Prevention and Performance Training to your team. Build unity and improve athleticism and help your team be the best on the field with conditioning workouts focused on dynamic joint stability, dynamic movement, landing technique, SAQ's, and core strength. IP and PT are designed to reduce your athletes' risk of injuries, including non-contact ACL injuries, and keep them in the game.
